Our aubergine beef lasagne is a hearty, comforting dish made with free-range beef mince and tender, roasted aubergine. It delivers the rich flavours of traditional lasagne but without the pasta, offering a lighter, more satisfying meal. No added preservatives.

Ingredients: free range beef (30%), onion, carrot, tomatoes (tomatoes, tomato juice, citric acid), aubergine, celery, mozzarella cheese (milk, salt, calcium chloride, microbial rennet, starter culture), tomato paste (tomatoes, water, acidity regulator, potassium sorbate), salt, coconut oil, garlic, coconut sugar, parsley, basil leaves, black pepper.
