Shopping our Fresh Produce

Our first priority is to source organic produce where possible however this is often only achieved seasonally. Where produce can be offered as organic, we give you the option of "Organic Preferred" or "Strictly Organic". If you select "Strictly Organic" and we are unable to supply that product as organic, we will happily credit your next shop by the value of that produce.

 

Pick Up

If you are in the area and would prefer to collect the order yourself, we can get it ready for you within one hour. If you are not collecting within an hour, please indicate this in the order comments. This is to ensure we only remove fridge and freezer goods just before your arrival.

Pick up is available during the following times:

• Mon-Fri 10:00 to 16:00
• Sat/Sun 10:00 to 14:00

Pick up orders are collected from 278 Main Road, Kenilworth. Parking can be difficult, so please feel free to call us on 078 576 6124 and we will run the order out for you.

 

Delivery

Same Day Delivery

Weekdays - Orders placed before 15:30
Sat, Sun & Public Holidays - Orders placed before 13:30

Delivery within 2 hours

Deliveries take place within 2 hours of placing an order with concideration to the above days and times. If you are not able to receive the order at the delivery address within 2 hours, please indicate a suitable date and time in the delivery options during check out.

Delivery Packaging

In an attempt to reduce the environmental impact of single use cooling packaging, all fresh and frozen goods are kept cool in the delivery vehicle, but delivered to yourself without freezer bags. We request you make use of a fridge or freezer you have available at home or work. Please do let us know if you do not have access to a fridge or freezer so we can package your goods accordingly.

Delivery Areas

We offer delivery to the southern suburbs of Cape Town and surrounds. Please see below suburbs we currently offer delivery to. We are planning on increasing our reach in due course but need to ensure we find the correct delivery partners and that we do not compromise on our customer service by doing so.
