A vibrant Thai-inspired soup with turmeric, lemongrass and chilli. Sweet, savoury, and comforting – packed with tender red peppers and cauliflower for colour and texture. Free from dairy and suitable for those with lactose intolerance. No added preservatives.

Ingredients: water, coconut cream, onions, cauliflower (6%), red pepper (5%), baby marrows, carrots, coconut oil, coriander, garlic, salt, coconut sugar, apple cider vinegar (apple cider vinegar, sulphur dioxide), spring onion, cumin, lemongrass (0.1%), ginger ground, coriander ground, turmeric (0.1%), pepper, chilli flakes (0.1%).
