Our mushroom risotto is our take on the classic, made for your convenience using fresh mushrooms, wild brown rice and creamy coconut milk. A comforting and filling meal suitable for vegans and those with lactose intolerance. We recommend adding another can of coconut milk when heating for extra flavour. No artificial additives or preservatives.
