All ingredients are plant based and the product is Vegan certified. The net carbohydrate content is 2.9 gram per 30 gram serving, with a high fibre content. As a sweetener a combination of Monk Fruit Extract, Erythritol, and non-GMO Soluble Corn Fibre is used.
